  • If the product shows signs of damage or use beyond these guidelines when received by Maxi-Cosi, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

    Where do I send items I want to return?
    Simply register your return online in a few easy steps. Complete the contact form, select Return Request as the subject, and our Consumer Care team will email you within 48 business hours with clear return instructions.

    This email will include a prepaid return shipping label, which you can print and attach to your package before dropping it off with the nominated delivery service.
    When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions. If the product is in its original condition or has a manufacturing fault, your purchase price will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
