Here are 5 tips to engaging the SMART Guide® correctly.

1. Ensure your seat is in rearward facing position before you engage
2. Check that you have installed your seat using the SMART Lock® before engaging with your SMART Guide®
3. Select which side you’d like to engage – you can only choose one side
4. Hook the top tether under the SMART Guide®, flipping the tether over the word Guide
5. Ensure you feed any excess tether through to remove all slack
